This week in Learning:

MATH: we look at probability in terms of fractions and then as experiments. Our unit is almost done so keep that in mind.

SCI: we are looking at doing more experiments with the properties of air this week. Students should be working on their good copy of their science booklet of experiments.

ES: we looked at Wampums today and then later this week, we will look at how the Haudenosaunee society is structured and how decisions are made. Also almost done this unit. Title page explaining the Great law is due Thursday. Students need to explain it in their own words "reading" the images.

FLA: we will finish poetry, booklet due date TBD

ELA: we are beginning narrative stories. Students need to follow the format taught for the PAT. A prompt will be given later this week. Now we are just looking at the template and rules.

Religion: we will look at priests/clergy because Father Derek is visiting our class next week. Then we look at lay people and the consecrated after that.

HEALTH: Vision Boards are due Monday January 29th.

P-T conferences are this week. 

Thursday evening 4-7h30 and Friday 9-3 with breaks in between.
