I am finding that students in this class seem to think that homework is an option...
English stories were due last Friday and I am still missing 2. French comic books were due Monday of this week and I am still missing 7. Today we were correcting ELA comprehension questions of the novel study and I noticed several students without answers. Please take the time to speak to your children about the importance of handing in assignments. Without them, I am not able to do progress reports and let you know where your children are in terms of their learning. I cannot assess what I do not see. 

For Monday: Bring in an ordinary object to explain how it is a work of art.
